The confidentiality of your details is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorised access during its transmission. This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorised access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa. The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorised access. Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules. Seller does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorised persons.
We undertake to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that we collect only the necessary, basic data about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations; we inform customers about the way we use the collected data, we regularly give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user data are strictly safeguarded and are available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Terms of purchase
These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages.
bontex.ba Internet pages can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules.
The seller is Bontex d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment via credit cards or cash on delivery.
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form.
Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.
All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT.
The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the Basket.
The goods are considered ordered when the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
Bontex d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will apply to the use of the bontex.ba site. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
Services provided by Bontex d.o.o. Internet store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages.
Bontex d.o.o. is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise.
Delivery is possible exclusively on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We shall deliver the ordered goods to your chosen address by express delivery within 5 working days of confirmation of the availability of the ordered items.
Delivery is free on orders over KM 100, as well as on all orders of goods belonging to the new collection. On orders less than KM 100, delivery is charged at a single price of KM 10.00 according to the express mail price list.
The dimensions in centimetres are adjusted according to the manufacturer’s sizes. Bontex does not guarantee the accuracy of measurements. The sizes in centimetres are copied from the manufacturer’s specification and there is a possibility of deviation in certain models.
Returns and complaints
If the staff of the BONTEX online shop assesses that the returned goods are undamaged and in undamaged original packaging, we shall refund the money to your account or exchange the item as agreed. If the goods are not in proper condition (worn and damaged or the original packaging is damaged), you shall be obliged to pay the postage in both directions, so that the goods are sent back to your home address.
If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased in the BONTEX online shop, you have the right to complain within the legal period. Send us an e-mail with the remark ORDER COMPLAINTS (Order No. and Invoice) at email@example.com. In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the product within the agreed period. We shall consider the complaint as valid if, after examining the product, we determine that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Contracts and Torts and the Law on Consumer Protection.
In this case, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, we shall replace the product or return the entire amount paid.
If we establish that the complaint is not legitimate, i.e. if we reject the complaint, you will have to pay the postage in both directions so that the goods are sent to your home address again.
